John Varvatos needed to greatly increase their mobile conversion and quickly. Guiding a team of designers, stakeholders and analytic strategists, we identified two areas to areas to optimize: Mobile Navigation and Checkout. Taking an iterative approach, optimizations in the design and User Experience were rolled out rapidly and quickly.
A Memorial Day Flash Sale put the optimizations to the test. The 5-day sale proved incredibly strong on mobile, with an unprecedented 55% increase in mobile revenue and 22% increase in the mobile conversion rate.
